ANY ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION OF A CONFIRMED RESERVATION MUST BE SENT BY EMAIL.
Any changes to a reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival will have a penalty of $75.00, and it must be paid at the Customer service office before checking in. You may request one alteration to your booking and this must be received via email no less than (1) one month prior to arrival in writing. Failure to provide 1 month notice will result in your alteration being denied. If further changes are required, member will be advised to cancel existing reservation and rebook, subject to availability. All alterations must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability.

Confirmed reservations may be canceled up to (30) thirty days prior to arrival and will receive a full-service fee accreditation valid for 2 years. Any reservation cancellation request MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. Any cancellation with less than (30) thirty days prior to arrival or no show, will result in the service fee being forfeited in its entirety. Refunds are not possible nor can be processed in the event of a cancellation. Early departure will result in forfeiting the service fee entirely.
The resort will do their best to accommodate any unfortunate changes in your flight schedule, however Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club and Member are not liable for any cost incurred due to a canceled or rescheduled flight provided by an independent airline carrier.
It is a very easy process. You will need to contact me by email on the home page for me to check availability for the accommodation you want to reserve. I will then send the reservation to Lifestyle Resort and as soon as the reservation is confirmed I will send you the confirmation information I receive from Lifestyle Resort.
Once you arrange your flights, you will need to email me your itinerary and the number of people needing the shuttle. I will then arrange your transfer with Lifestyle Resort and send you the confirmation for the shuttle once I get that from Lifestyle Resort.
Yes! Your maid will make made to order breakfast daily in your Villa by request. Once you check in to your Villa let VIP Services know you would like the maid to prepare your breakfast in the morning. If you wish to go to the buffet some of the days, just let your maid know that you don't want her to prepare the breakfast that day.
No! The resort as well as vendors in the Dominican Republic take American currency.
Yes, very safe. There is security at the gate and throughout the entire resort.
No, you can choose any day and length you wish for check in and out. You dont have to reserve for the 7 days, we do prorate for less booking days.
